I indulge in drinking and it doesn’t get me in trouble because I use it responsibly. I never have a few beers and drive home. Likewise I’ve never smoked weed and driven home. Also, you’d still get a DUI if you were pulled over. “under the influence” is not limited to the influence of alcochol. What is better for you is self control, not a drug that can’t be detected by a breathalyzer.
