i got past the gate without dieing if u wanna know how here ya go if u have the wildwasteland perk go to somewere near the top of vegas if u find some alien shoot cae captin take the blaster then go 2 the gate and aim a 1 per bot then shoot take a key from 1 of dem then go in when u get in there will be some other bots shoot them2 then tere u go

If you want to get in cheap have a high speech ( and optional barter). You can ask Ralph in his business what he does for other services. Then convince him with speech to tell you. You can get a passport from him for 500 caps and use barter to make it 375 caps. If you think speech and barter are not useful then think at the new vegas gate 2000 or 375.
