Big sisters appear when you rescue/harvest all little sisters in the level.
Do big sisters show up at random, or only when you kill/harvest too many little sisters?

i like houdini splicers, they just go up in the air and appear somwere else. they always make sure your focused on the game

Dude the Big Sisters are awesome! It’s to bad they can’t be saved or anything. Kinda like the Big Daddies.
How do those Big Sisters make that high pitched shrieking noise? I wwant to know.
the game must have been a lot more boring with all of the things you skip :/ I think half of Bioshock 2 is enjoying the scenery every once in a while xD
