@AshThePhantom yes they do say that but it also says in another audio log that they re animate if another marker is near just thought i would mention it lol
I think it would be hilarious if at the end of the dead space series you found out the whole time isaac wa seriously crazy and there never were any necromorphs at all and he has been fighting soldiers and engineers throughout the whole of the series.

@glitchbreaker Maybe the ship was just recently recovered from Aegis 7. Also, if you listen to the audio logs, all of the necromorphs were killed when the Aegis 7 marker was destroyed, and fell into a soup of human DNA and Necromorphic bacteria. The necromorphs in the Ishimura are most likely new necromorphs that came from the Sprawl.
this is just a question do they use cheat codes so isaac doesnt lose health beacause they dont use med packs i think and dont take damage i think

@glitchbreaker Watch at 3:59 and a bit later. The lady explains that ALL previous Necomorphs died, after the first marker was destroyed. All the ones you have encountered and will encounter are there because of the newest marker.

I HATE this part of the game SO much. Not b/c of the constantly spawning enemies, but the fact you barely/have no time to grab the items on the cliffs…!
