Farmville is the latest game in a long line of Zynga games played on Facebook. It has garnered a lot of players from all over the world because it is simply fun. I must confess that I am one of the greatest fan of the game. Some people play Farmville just to pass the time, while others are bent on becoming the top farmers of the game, these are players who are always looking for a quick way to move up the levels. If you fall in this second category, like me, where every moves counts, then here are some tips and tricks to keep in mind:

When starting off, do not want to go for a huge farm right away. Instead go for an efficient farm that turns profits fast to really set you moving.
Box your avatar as you start the game to avoid distractions and save time.

It is advisable not to keep animals till you at level 19. Plant the crop that gives you good results and, which proves to be a better investment. Ensure that the plants you plant suit your schedule so that no crop go to waste. Some plants mature fast, strawberries take 4 hours others take a day or two, peas take a day. So if you can access your computer every 4 hours then go for strawberries. Planting strawberries can gain you a lot of experience points. If you wish to master all the crops then, stay on the farm as much as possible.

Help your neighbors in their farms. This will help you to earn more money and experience points. You can even be awarded banners for being a helpful neighbor thus more points and cash. Also by doing this, you are more likely to receive gifts and other favors.

You can earn money and experience points for helping out your neighbors. Sometime you will even be awarded banners that will earn you even more money and point just for being a helpful neighbor. It will also be more likely that the people you help out will return the favor at some time or another.

Check if your neighbor and friends have been awarded ribbons or awards by Farmville and share the wealth.
