This is my FarmVille video A neat little animation set to Apollo 440’s Stop the Rock. This is a SIMULATION, I do not claim to have planted all those crops – I worked out it would take thirty years to do it in reality:) Still, what a way to get to 100 million gp on Farmville. After a long career of harvesting crops, I’ve decided to retire from FarmVille. This is my tribute to my many hours on FarmVille. This is also my first video ever! Yay me! I must apologize for the low res and glitchy footage. This is my first, so give me a break. I did the farm pixel grid in Microsoft Excel 2007, but it’ll also work in any grid you can make 20×20 sqares with 12 square units inside those 400 squares. To make a pixellated image, just grab a very small thumbnail from somewhere and zoom way in. There is an option in Excel to change your image opacity. Lower the opacity and just fill in the cells underneath the image with the corresponding hay bale color. Then you’ll have your blueprint. Your blueprint matches your farm exactly. Every cell in that spreadsheet equals one hay bale exactly. You can measure in haybales quite easily with your mouse. Also, Try to place the haybales in the right place the first time. If you mess up a square, you’ll have to select your arrow tool, and after you’re done fixing your mistake, you’ll have to go back into the market to select your hay bale once more. Farmville Tips – Best Crops To Grow

The most productive thing in Facebook’s Farmville to make money is without a doubt the crops. There are also animals and trees but these don’t give much money and they are pretty much a waste of money, time and especially space. You can get trees and animals as gifts, so be patient and you will collect lots of them. Be generous too and send gifts to your neighbors so they can return you the favor. This way you save money to buy seeds.

The Farmville seeds are bough at the Market. Once you selected which kind of seed you want to plant on your farm, you can start planting them on the plowed land lots. When your crops are grown you will win a considerable quantity of coins for harvesting and win XP points when you plow fallow land and plant the seeds.

Of course, you can only plant one type of seed per plot. There are dozens of seeds available at the Market, each with different costs, different reward, experience points given and time needed to grow your crop. If you don’t harvest your crops on time, they will wither and you then need to spend more money plowing the land and planting new seeds.

Depending on the different type of seed you plant you will need to wait more or less time so you can harvest your crop. All of them take different amounts of time to grow, for example, strawberries are ready after four hours; pumpkins take eight hours and artichokes takes a few days.

As you know each seed has a different cost to buy and will have a certain value when you sell it. Then, you can get back what you invested and your profits too.

To take the most advantage of your crops you need to check which crops give you the most coins per hour. That information tells you what is more profitable to plant. Doing this allows you to plant only the most profitable crops and forget those that don’t give you a nice profit.
