Farmville Tips: The Important First Step

FarmVille. You thought it was going to be easy – and it was, for awhile. Now you want to move into the upper ranks, only you can’t seem to get ahead. So you’re looking for a few Farmville hints to help out.

Here’s a big one: the single most important resource in the game is your time. You must make the most of however many hours per day you put into the game.

That, in turn, means having a good plan. One that will maximize your efforts for the best return. So sit down and think about how often you log into the game. How much time you spend during the day on FarmVille.

I mean every day. On some days, you will likely have more time than others. For instance, weekends may not good for you, while certain week days will be better. Or, it could be the other way around.

Once you have a handle on that, you can plan out your activities for the best results. That’s especially important for planting. When you know time will be tight, you can plant long-term crops. When you have more time, a shorter growing season with more harvests can be more profitable.

When you’ve got your planting rhythm set, and money is building up, you can start adding improvements to your farm. That should also be part of your plan. Yes, every activity in the game must be taken into account.

Does that sound like work? Sure it is. A good plan requires thought. But anybody who plays for more than a casual once a week login really needs one. If you’re on there for hours in the day, you have to be serious about what you do.
